PreviousRelationship MapNextFiltering Results

Explore how and why items are connected within related results. This can uncover insights into connections, items and trends with direct and indirect connections. You can find items connected to your search result and what data models connects them.

Accessing the Connections

After performing a search, if any of your results have related results the connections will be available.

  1. From your results list, select a result you want to investigate.

  2. Select the result menu and 'View connects to...'

    • This will open a connection diagram with your chosen result data points, models and connections.

Your selected result will be highlighted in the centre when the diagram opens. Each card within the diagram shows the data model it is part of. Each card will have lines connecting it to other related cards.

Data models are groups of data that have a common theme. For example names, date of birth, address, employment dates could make up a People data model.
