Audit Controls

• All users' actions are audited and stored in the audit log

• Auditing is important for several reasons:

  • Detecting misuse of the system

  • Analysing the use and accuracy of the system

  • Supporting advanced recommendations algorithms

• Auditing stores:

  • User login activities

  • What users have searched for

  • What users have opened / looked at

  • If they have collaborated with other users with collections Any DSAR activity
