Marking Useful Results

This feature allows users to mark data or documents as useful. This is then indicated to other users who has found what result useful. You can personalise the use case for this feature to fit your business needs.

  1. Enable Marking Useful Results.

  2. Select from the Component Icon dropdown the icon you want to signify this action.

  3. Enter a description to be shown to users on an item they have not already marked. This is displayed to explain what this should be used for.

  4. Enter a description to be shown to users who have marked an item. This is displayed to explain what this should be used for.
