Scalable Redaction that's Accurate and Defensible

Subject Access Requests (SARs) often involve reviewing and redacting large volumes of content under strict timelines and regulatory pressure. Our new Batch Redaction feature allows users to apply redactions across entire SAR collections in a single, streamlined process.

By leveraging insights from the platform’s enrichment pipeline, the system can identify and redact personal and sensitive information with accuracy and consistency, removing the need for document-by-document manual review.

This improves efficiency, reduces human error, and ensures a defensible and repeatable redaction process, even at scale.

Flexible Date Filtering for Your Use Cases

Search filters now support custom date properties, allowing users to refine results based on the specific types of dates that are most relevant to their workflow.

In addition to standard fields like created or modified, teams can now expose and filter on any date-based entity or property configured in the index, such as expiry dates, policy effective dates, or event timestamps.

This enhancement brings greater precision to search queries and supports a wide range of governance, compliance, and operational use cases from surfacing time-bound risk to tracking content through its lifecycle.
