If you find a document that you believe should not be visible to others due to sensitive content you can mark it as sensitive. This will stop a file from being returned in all searches going forward.
At the top of the results card you can select Mark As Sensitive (Padlock).
This will open a pop up confirming that once a file is marked as sensitive it will be reviewed and actioned by the relevant team.
Enter the reason you want to mark this as sensitive.
Select Save.
This will send a request to an admin who will need to approve this before the file will be removed from searches.
If you believe a file has been marked as sensitive unnecessarily contact your admin to remove this mark.
