Sorting Results

You can sort your results by selecting the "Sort by" dropdown at the top right of the screen and changing the option.

After selecting the sort type, you can use the arrows to personalise the results list further.

Sort By	Definition
Relevance	Sort and group results in numerical order by the relevancy score. (0-9)
Extension	Sort and group results in alphabetical order by the file extensions. (A-Z)
Owner	Sort and group results in alphabetical order by the file owners name. (A-Z)
Modified Date	Sort and group results in numerical order by the modified date. (0-9)
Created Date	Sort and group results in numerical order by the created date. (0-9)
File Name	Sort and group results in alphabetical order by the file name. (A-Z)
File Size	Sort and group results in numerical order by the file size. (0-9)
