Sorting Results

You can sort your results by selecting the "Sort by" dropdown at the top right of the screen and changing the option.

After selecting the sort type, you can use the arrows to personalise the results list further.

Sort By
Definition

Relevance

Order the results list in numerical order by relevancy score. (0-9)

Extension

Order the results list in alphabetical order by the extension. (A-Z)

Owner

Order the results list in alphabetical order by owners name. (A-Z)

Modified Date

Order the results list in ascending or descending order by modified date.

Created Date

Sort results in ascending or descending order by created date.

File Name

Sort and group results in alphabetical order by name. (A-Z)

File Size

Sort and group results in numerical order by size. (0-9)
