Full Screen Preview
You're able to preview many items and results within Aiimi Insight Engine. This means you don't need specific software installed. If a result cannot be previewed you will be taken to the results details page. From there you can find the items location to open it in the native software.
Easily view structured and unstructured data. You can search within the full screen preview to find information and navigate the page using your data model structures.
Open full screen preview
You access the full screen preview slightly differently depending on where you are in Aiimi Insight Engine.
Search, Collections, SAR or Manage App
Select the title of the item or Preview from the options menu of the item.
This will open the inline preview.
Select Expand Preview.
Folder Browsing or Recent Items
Select the result name to open the full screen preview. Or
Select Preview from the options menu of the item to open the full screen preview.
Document Navigation
Labels and Pages
Choose to navigate between the Labels and Pages of a document.
Labels shows will show a list of any labels within the item. You can select a label to highlight it within the document and use the arrows to cycle through them.
Pages will show you a thumbnail view of each page within the document.
Data Navigation
When you preview a data record the data is split into sections depending on the models or sub models it relates to. Sections could include, primary models, details, sub models and text content.
Labels and Sections
Choose to navigate between the Labels and Sections of a data record.
Labels shows will show a list of any labels within the item. You can select a label to highlight it within the document and use the arrows to cycle through them.
Sections shows the title of each section so you can navigate quickly to the area you are interested in.
Finding Terms
If you entered a search term to find this results this term will be carried into the Preview. Within your item preview each instance of this term will be highlighted.
Using the search term navigation you can cycle through the highlighted terms in your item.
Find Other Terms
If you want to search for other terms within an item you can easily do this from the inline preview.
Within the search term navigation select the search box.
Enter the term you want to search.
Hit enter on your keyboard.
This will give you a count of each instance and highlight them in the document.
Changing the Search Type
You can also change the type of search performed from the search term navigation.
Select the search type drop down before the search term.
Choose if you want it to be Match Case, Whole Word or Regex.
