Text summarization APIs are available from MeaningCloud, Aylien and Summa NLP. IBM’s Watson Studio is mainly cloud-based but has options for deploying behind a local firewall or on a private cloud instance. Google and Microsoft Azure offer cloud-based text analytics APIs.
