Privileged Access

• If a user has privileged access they will see all search matches, even if they don’t have permission to see the item.

• Unlike the progressive access, they will see the item in full, including any text content and metadata.

• For data items they will see the complete record.

• Remember, privileged access is an optional features and must be explicitly granted by an administrator.

• Privileged access is used to action board audit requirements, perform legal discovery, or conduct forensic analysis following a cyber attack.
