User Settings

The user settings page in Control Hub allows an administrator to customise the access for individuals. From here you can edit user access, add additional groups and generate an API key. User groups are created and set up as part of configuration.

You can choose to see all All Users or Custom Access users. Users with Custom access have been permission set on this page on top of their normal group permissions.

User View

Choose between seeing all users and users who have custom access.

  1. Select Custom access for users who have has settings applied manually in the Control Hub.

  2. Select All users for a list of all users with access to Aiimi Insight Engine.

Edit User Roles

  1. Find the user you want to edit.

    • Search for a user within the filters panel or use the filters to narrow down the list.

    • To edit multiple users at once, check the box to the left of each name you want to edit.

  2. Select edit (Pencil icon) next to the user.

  3. Check or uncheck the areas of Aiimi Insight Engine to se the this users access.

    • All Files - Give users Privileged Access allowing them to view all documents and data.

    • All Apps - Give the user access to all of the apps available within Aiimi Insight Engine.

    • Reply to Feedback - Give users the ability to reply to feedback left by others.

  4. Users can be added to Additional Groups by typing the name of the group you want to add them to.

  5. Once you have finished select save to confirm these settings or cancel to revert back to previous settings.

API Keys

  1. Find the user you want to edit.

    • Search for a user within the filters panel or use the filters to narrow down the list.

  2. Select the API Key (key icon) for the user.

  3. Select Generate API Key to create a new key or Delete API key to remove any existing keys for this user.
