For each section of Aiimi Insight Engine you can set access based on user groups.
add the user groups that should have access. For statuses, you should add 'true' and also 'false' if you want to see items that are not yet enriched.
Check Run Search in Maintenance Mode to test the system.
For each area of the application you can control who has access to what by entering the user groups in the relevant fields.
You can set access to Search, Lenses, PII lens, PCI lens, Metrics, SARs and Collection types.
Check Enable New Sources Modal to all user to decide how relevant each source is to them from a modal.
Enter the users or groups that can use privileged access within Privileged Access Groups.
These users will be able to see more then general users.
Enter the users or groups that can use progressive access within Progressive Access Groups.
These users will be able to see more then general users.
Enter the users or groups within the field to give them access.
Only users or groups in each area can access it.
Remove user groups from seeing Guided Tours, Code of Conduct and New Source Modals by adding them to Toggle Modals Per AD User/Group.
