AI Helper

Get answers to questions, summarise documents, find information and much more with your AI helper. You can chat about one or more items from your search results list.

Starting a Chat

Single Item

  1. Hover over the item you want to discuss with the AI helper.

  2. Select Ask Aiimi a Question from the quick actions menu.

    • This will open the AI helper chat box alongside your results list.

  3. Enter your prompt or question in the chat box to get started.

  4. You can continue to chat and ask questions until you get the information you need.

  5. To clear your conversation and start again select clear current prompt from the options menu.

  6. The chat will not reset if you select a new item from the list. It will continue to refer to your original selection.

Multiple Items

  1. Select the items you want to discuss with the AI helper.

  2. Select Ask Aiimi from the multi select actions menu.

    • This will open the AI helper chat box alongside your results list.

  3. Enter your prompt or question in the chat box to get started.

  4. You can continue to chat and ask questions until you get the information you need.

  5. To clear your conversation and start again select clear current prompt from the options menu.

  6. The chat will not reset if you select a new item from the list. It will continue to refer to your original selection.

Find your chat history

If you have spoken to the AI helper about an item before you can find your chat history.

  1. Select the item you have chatted about previously.

  2. Open the AI helper chat box.

  3. Select Recent Prompts from the options menu.

    • This will show you your most recent prompts and a snippet of the response to help you find what you're looking for.

  4. When you select a previous prompt you will see the history of that chat. You can also continue the conversation.
