As we continue to add more sources we're expanding the possible types of content available to you in Aiimi Insight Engine. We know the way you preview and interact with a message from Microsoft Teams or Slack is different to a Word document from Sharepoint.
This release introduces a new Message content type with its own preview experience. This means you can interact with your messages like any other content in Aiimi Insight Engine.
Scroll through chats, load replies and read entire threads easily in one place.
Like other content types you can add messages to a SAR or collection, share with others and redact them as you need.
Messages are enriched so you can find them when you need them and get extra information from their metadata.
Managing exported items and Subject Access Requests just got a little easier. We've improved the SAR journey and added the ability to apply Watermarks to give you more control.
You can override a request's due date to align with your schedule and SLAs. Any change to the due date is logged to ensure a full audit trail. Responding to a request is now more intuitive. It's redesigned to save you time and provide clarity every step of the way.
Scroll through chats, load replies and read entire threads easily in one place.
It's easy to forget an item's original source or intended use once it has been exported. Watermarking can stamp important details onto documents and data.
It can improve how items are used, stored and handled going forward.
We know everyone needs something different in Aiimi Insight Engine.
We've made it easier to find what you need by improving how items are classified. The new classification tool automatically groups and labels items. It classifies them based on set rules, statistical analysis or a blend of both.
We’re not just helping you find information; we’re helping you see it in a new light.
A well-organised repository can reduce the time you spend looking at the wrong thing.
Classify documents to help you stay compliant. For example, contracts can be classified to ensure they are handled correctly.
Classified documents can trigger actions or approvals. For example, invoices are sent straight to the finance team for processing.
