Use Cases

When creating a new legal case you need to search for different terms, multiple times per case.
Imagine you're building a case against a business and need to find all documents and correspondence for this business. You may search the business name and any abbreviations or typos, the associated people and contract numbers individually. All of which take time and effort.
With bulk search you can group these searches in to one and run them together on a schedule. You will get notified of items that match each search, if a new item is found and if something changes. From here you can add the necessary items to a collection for that case.
Example searches:
Each row is a different search and each column is the type of information you are looking for. The data in each cell are the terms that will be searched.
You can use these searches as a template for all future legal cases. All that needs to be updated is the data in each cell to match your relevant case.
Use the guide for creating a Bulk Search template to create your bulk search CSV.
