• The Aiimi Insight Engine can calculate the potential risk of a piece of data or content.

• This is based on the items PII data:

  • Number of people referenced

  • Amount of personal information

  • Visibility to your workforce

  • Frequency of use

  • Specific keywords that indicate risk

• Its is a key feature of our PII and DSAR solution.

• Risk ratings can also be used in a similar way to classifications, and used to restrict what people can see (using the security classifications mechanism).
