Progressive access allows select users to be made aware that data and content exists that match your search. You cannot see it, but you can then ask the owner to grant you permission.
Privileged access provides a select set of users a controlled mechanism to bypass permissions i.e., to action board audit requirements, perform legal discovery, or conduct forensic analysis following a cyber attack.
Both Progressive and Privileged access is locked down to specific groups, and its not available to anybody by default.
Use of progressive access and privileged access is fully audited, so it can be monitored and reported on.
