Customise and brand Aiimi Insight Engine with logos, background images and colour palettes within the Control Hub. Putting the control in your hands to configure and evolve the Aiimi Insight Engine journey with your brand.
To help with accessibility we prompt where text contrasts against the colour palette would not meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
There are a number of settings to customise Aiimi Insight Engine. You can change names, contact details, and branding.
Enter the Display Name you want to use for Aiimi Insight Engine.
You could change the name to match any internal naming conventions.
Enter the Support Email to be used for support and queries.
There are a couple of ways users can contact admins, you can choose where they're sent.
Check Support Email As A Modal so users can see and copy the support email.
Check Include "Powered By Aiimi Insight Engine" to show this message.
External search tool links can be added so users can quickly search that tool from Aiimi Insight Engine.
Select Add Link to add new search tools to your Aiimi Insight Engine.
Enter the External Search Link Name to add a new search tool in Link Name.
Enter the URL for the External Search Tool.
This must be a valid link with a suffix of "q=".
Select Add.
You can edit or delete an existing search link from the external search link table.
Upload your companies logo or use Aiimi's throughout the application. It will appear throughout the application in the top left corner and on the login screen.
Select Upload a Logo.
Within the modal, drag and drop the logo

Select Upload a Logo.
Select Choose a file to open up your file explorer.
Choose where clicking the logo will take you, the landing page or a custom page.
If you change your mind you can select Revert to Default.
You change where in the application a user will go when they select the image. By default they will return to the landing page but this can link to any page.
Select Link to Custom Page.
Enter the URL for the new page.
Select Update.
Use your companies images as backgrounds throughout Aiimi Insight Engine. You can add up to 12 images to use or use the supplied ones.
These images should be tested to ensure they contrast well with the Aiimi Insight Engine foreground.
Select Upload an Image.
Within the modal, drag and drop the logo.
Or
Select Upload an Image.
Within the modal select Choose a file to open up your file explorer.
If there is no space left you can select delete to remove any current images.
You can select Revert to Default to change your images back to the Aiimi Insight Engine defaults.
Customise the 3 main colours used to match your brand.
We recommend testing the colour combination for accessibility before deploying to users.
Enter the Hex Code for each colour type.

Secondary
Tertiary
When you enter a colour checks will be done for the colour contrast.
This will tell you if the colours are WCAG AA accessible against the white, grey and black backgrounds used.
We recommend a minimum accessibility level of AA. .
