Share the items you find within Aiimi Insight Engine with other users to improve collaboration. You can share items from your results list or the inline and full screen preview.
Select the Option menu from the quick action bar or preview navigation.
Select Share Item from the options menu. This will open a new modal.
Select the drop down and start typing to search for a user.
Select the User you want to assign it to.
Enter some notes and a description to let the assignee know what you need.
Select Yes to finalise assigning.
Select No to cancel assigning an item.
Share With - Start typing the name of the user or group you want to share it with.
Select the user or group from the list.
Message - You can add notes or comments that are sent in the email with the link.
Select Share
