Find the best person to talk to about a topic using Aiimi Insight Engine. We use job titles, department, files used and ownership to find Subject Matter Experts (SME).
Where to find an SME
Once you have performed a search within the filters menu you can see all the Owners.
You can see how many results they own and filter by their name to see all the results related to them.
SME Contact Information
You can view a users contact card or get more information about an SME within Aiimi Insight Engine.
You can search their name.
Select their name on an item
Select the contact card next to their name in the filter.
