File Groups

Create and manage File Groups and what Extensions make them. These are pre-configured with most options that you would want but you can add to this.

Add A File Groups

1. Select Add New File Group.

2. Enter a name for the group within Label.

3. Enter the relevant extensions for this group within Values.

Edit or Delete a File Group

1. To edit a file select the Edit (pencil icon).

   1. This will open a pop up.

   2. You can edit a name for the group within Label.

   3. Add or remove extensions for this group within Values.

2. To delete a file group select the Delete (Trash can icon).

Security Groups

Administrators can define a group which can be used as a container for multiple AD Groups.

• You can create a Group called “Aiimi Insight Engine Compliance Users” and add the AD groups to that group which contain all compliance users.

Add A Security Group:

1. Click Add New Security Group.

2. Enter a name for the security group within Label.

3. Enter the AD groups for this security group within Values. You must hit Enter before typing another AD group.

Edit or Delete a Security Group

1. To edit a file select the Edit (pencil icon).

   1. This will open a pop up.

   2. You can edit a name for the Security group within Label.

   3. Add or remove AD groups for this Security group within Values.

2. To delete a file group select the Delete (Trash can icon).
