Progressive Access

Tells a user if items exist for their search but they cannot access them. They can then ask the owner for permission​ to see items.

• If a user with progressive access finds an item they can't access they will see the result in their list but won't be able to open it.

• The user can use the request access feature to contact the owner of the item to get access.

Remember, progressive access is an optional feature and must be explicitly granted by an administrator.
