Exports

CSV exports help you get more from your search results. Users can export structured and unstructured data to utilise every insight. It can improve decision-making, data verification, and process efficiency.

Users can tailor an export to fit your existing processes. Whether they're passing data to an admin or data owner to manage. Or, feeding it into other systems like analytics and reporting platforms. This gives you a more seamless flow of data across systems.

Applications

• Which applications are allowed to export data - Check which applications can have data exported from them.

  • Uncheck all of the applications to turn off this feature.

File Types

• Which export types are available - Check the file formats available for exports.

  • CSV is the only option at the moment.

• Expires after (days) - Enter how many days export files are kept after creation.

Formatting

• Date Format - Enter how dates should be formatted in the export.

  • This is YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS by default.

• Delimiter - Define the delimiter used to separate information in exported files.

Processing

• Maximum number of results that can be exported - Enter the maximum number of search results that can be exported in one action.

• Batch Size - Choose how many items are processed at the same time.
