# Security - Sync

Choose what user information is synchronised with your security configuration.

* **Force Update:** This will sync and update all users even if there is no change. 
* **Remove Deleted Users:** Check this to automatically delete users removed from your directory. 
  * This helps ensure that only the right people have access to Workplace AI and your data.
