# iManage Work

The iManage Security Synch allows user security principals to be retrieved from iManage. 

## Prerequisites

## Security Setup

The ID of the security sync and iManageWork source configuration must match. 

1. **Security System:** Select iManage Security from the dropdown.
2. **API Endpoint** - Enter the endpoint used to access iManage Work. 
   * Cloud instances will likely be: <https://cloudimanage.com>.
3. **Disable Certificate Validation** - Check this to no validate the HTTPS certificate used by iManage.
   * This allows connections to systems with self-signed certificates.&#x20;
   * This does increase security risk.
4. **Client ID and Secret** - Select the Client ID and Secret credential created for the iManage application.
5. **Username and Password** - Select the Username and Password credential created for the iManage user.

6. **Library ID** - Enter the ID of the library to sync.
